Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Custom or personalized items may take longer. Processing times for these are listed separately on their product pages.

Shipping method

All orders ship via PostNL.

You can choose between untracked letter mail or tracked parcel service at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated and shown during checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur and are outside of Cherry’s Studio’s control.

Tracking

Tracking is available if selected at checkout.

Untracked shipments do not include live status updates.

Lost or delayed shipments

Cherry’s Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost shipments: replacements are only issued after the carrier’s investigation is complete.

Damaged items: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Confirmed cases will be replaced.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
