Shipping policy


 

Processing time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Custom or personalized items may take longer. Processing times for these are listed separately on their product pages.

 

Shipping method

  • All orders ship via PostNL.

  • You can choose between untracked letter mail or tracked parcel service at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated and shown during checkout.

 

Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur and are outside of Cherry’s Studio’s control.

 

Tracking

  • Tracking is available if selected at checkout.

  • Untracked shipments do not include live status updates.

 

Lost or delayed shipments

  • Cherry’s Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Lost shipments: replacements are only issued after the carrier’s investigation is complete.

  • Damaged items: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Confirmed cases will be replaced.

 

Order changes & cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed before shipping.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
