Refund policy


 

Cooling-off period

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us by email with your order number. After your notice, you have 14 days to send the items back.

 

Conditions

  • Return items unused and undamaged. You may inspect the items as you would in a store, but using or applying the product counts as use.

  • Sets/packs must be returned complete.

  • Custom/personalized items (e.g., names, custom designs, special sizes) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • If items are returned with diminished value due to handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect them, we may deduct that loss from your refund. We will document any deduction transparently with photos.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or stock out sales.

 

Costs

  • Return shipping is at your expense, unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.

  • For a timely, full withdrawal we refund the purchase price plus our standard outbound shipping (not extra services like express). We may wait to refund until we receive the return.

 

Wrong or faulty item

Please inspect your order upon reception and report within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund and cover return shipping.

 

Exchanges

For the fastest turnaround, place a new order. We process the original as a return/refund.

 

How to return

  1. Email info@cherrysstudio.nl with your order number and which item(s) you’re returning.

  2. Pack the item(s) flat in a rigid mailer or sturdy packaging to prevent bending/creases.

  3. Ship to: Prisma 42, 1704ZH Heerhugowaard, Keep your tracking.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
