Portrait illustrations

A portrait illustration of you and your partner, or of the whole family. Do you love animals more than people? (same), a portrait of your pets is definitely possible too!

I will get to work based on photos of the subjects. I will make sure that everyone is recognizable by retaining important details. I will send you updates along the way to ensure that you are happy with the result.

The result is unique, every time. You can use the illustration in various products, such as printing it on a card, or framing it to hang on the wall or give away as a gift.

We will talk over all your wishes, what appeals to you and what things are important? Then I will draw up a plan for the design.

Design & Review

With an eye for detail, I get to work on designs, sending updates along the way to make sure you're happy with the outcome.

The result is unique, every single time. My goal is for the final design to put a smile on your face and for the entire process to be enjoyable.

Frequently asked questions

Step 1: Once you have submitted your portrait, I will send you an email with what I need from you to get started: photos, desired pose, color scheme, and any other details that are important to you.

Step 2: After you have provided the information, you can sit back and relax while I get to work on the portrait! I will send you updates along the way to ensure that you are happy with the result.

Step 3: When the illustration is ready, I will send you the digital portrait. You can then print it yourself or have it printed. Would you prefer me to do this? No problem! I'm happy to help.

The price depends on the number of people / pets portrayed and your wishes for details. We discuss all your wishes for the illustration in advance, and I calculate my price based on that. My base rate is €40 per person portrayed (this can increase with the amount of accessories, for example), more than 3 people get discounted!

I always try to finish portrait illustrations as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 weeks (this timeframe refers to when I start your order, not when it’s submitted). I will send you updates along the way to ensure that you are happy with the result.

No, you will receive the portrait illustration as a digital file. You can then print this file yourself to frame it, or have it incorporated into various products. Would you prefer me to print your illustration on quality paper? No problem! I'm happy to help.

Besides portrait illustrations, I am also happy to help you with other types of illustrations! For example, a personalized birth announcement card tailored entirely to your wishes. You can always submit your requests and then we will discuss the possibilities together.
